まずは、シワの種類を見てみましょう。

シワは大きく分けると 小ジワ、大ジワ

2種類になります。

小ジワは縮緬ジワといわれるもので

大ジワは、表情ジワといわれるもので

特定の筋肉を使うことで出来てしまいます。

その1

1、顔を正面に向けて、中指を目頭、人差し指を目尻に置く

(右手で右目、左手で左目)

2、その状態で、目だけ少し上を向ける。

3、「下まぶたを意識した細めた目」の状態にする。

 (眩しい時に目を細めるようなイメージです)

4、その状態を20秒間キープする。

その2

1.人差し指を立てて、自分の視界に入れる

2.人差し指の爪を見ながら、自分の目の前まで近づける

3.そのまま腕をのばし、目から遠ざける

人差し指の爪にピントが常に合うよう するのがポイントです。

それぞれ「1日3セット」やると 効果的です。
